Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group, formerly Buena Vista Motion Pictures Group, released the box office hit Earth by BBC Worldwide and Greenlight Media in movie theaters in Italy. The deal between the media group and the producers of the nature documentary, Nikolaus Weil and Stefan Beiten, included the sale of the movie theater, video and TV rights for the next 15 years.
